Cardiology - Interventional Physician

• Start Date: ASAP / May 11, 2026.
• Contract Length: Ongoing.
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 08 00.
• Call Requirements: Nightly call when covering and STEMI call coverage required.
• Current Gaps Needing Coverage:
• June: 3rd 4th.
• July: 3rd 5th (Fri 8 AM thru Mon 8 AM).
• August: 1st 3rd (Sat 8 AM thru Tue 8 AM) and 22nd 23rd (Sat 8 AM thru Mon 8 AM).
• December: Likely the last week of the month.

• Daily Volume: Average of 18 patients per day.
• Support Staff: 1 assigned outpatient clinical team; 1 inpatient APP; full Cath Lab staff.
• Required Procedures: Right and Left Heart Catheterization (R/LHC).
• Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI).
• Balloon Angioplasty & Balloon Pump.
• Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS).
• EMR: EPIC.

• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Interventional Cardiology Required.
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) State License in hand or willing to license (90-day window).
• Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS (Required).
• DEA: Required (must have or obtain a PA address for registration).
• Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume interventional setting preferred.
• Submission Needs: Provider questionnaire, NPDB self-query (within 6 months), and full malpractice disclosure required at the time of presentation.

• Standard Timeframe: 90 days.
• Temporary Privileges: Available for true urgent needs and clean, non-complex files only.
• Critical Deadline: Providers must be fully cleared 2 business days prior to the scheduled start date.
