Accounting Specialist

Ensure property documents and titles are received on all units Process Daily Wholesale and Dealer Trade Transactions Process check request for purchase units and needed payoff on units if due Perform Schedule Maintenance on Inventory to ensure accuracy of data Call weekly on titles needed on payoff and pending issues. Follow-up of pending items very important Perform Daily Reconciliation of Parts and Service credit card and cash deposits Review parts and service schedules to ensure all items closed are researched and cleared daily Process daily general deposit. Write receipts and ensure accuracy of deposit entries at bank and general ledger Qualifications and requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry Tekion and/or CDK, DMS, and strong Microsoft Excel skills are required High degree of professionalism Strong sense of pride in work product and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills, team player Ability to communicate with various levels of management Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check Pay range for this role is: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour This job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
