Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapeutic treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals while promoting safety and independence.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise programs, mobility techniques, and restorative care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with California Physical Therapy Board regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
