We are currently seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator to join our team. If you have a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics, we want to hear from you!

Location: Doral Fl, 33172

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Arrange and manage air freight shipments from origin to destination, including collections, bookings, and deliveries.
• Documentation: Prepare and process air waybills, export declarations, arrival notices, delivery orders, and customs documents.
• Customs Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet U.S. and international regulations, including permits for controlled goods.
• Carrier Communication: Work closely with airlines, truckers, and carriers to confirm bookings, status updates, and transportation arrangements.
• Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients—providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Tracking & Tracing: Monitor shipments in transit and maintain accurate tracking and milestone updates.
• Financial Administration: Generate client invoices and verify payable invoices for accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies efficiently.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding/logistics (REQUIRED)
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs processes
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CargoWise or Magaya
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, analytical, team player with strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is a plus

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
