Position Summary: Service Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Service Coordinator to support operational excellence across the Birner Group's five regional locations. This pivotal role ensures seamless coordination of service appointments, efficient processing of part orders, and accurate documentation of customer interactions—all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls with courtesy and efficiency. Accurately record customer communications and service details. Initiate and monitor part orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution. Schedule and confirm service appointments with precision and clarity. Prepare and distribute service quotes with attention to detail. Maintain digital records and perform data entry using multiple software platforms. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities. Proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Proficient in navigating various computer systems and software applications.
