What you’ll need:

• Active Tennessee Special Education License with any of these endorsements: 459, 465, 468, 2000, or 2001
• Ability and willingness to add a PreK endorsement by passing the necessary Praxis exam (cost covered for strong candidates)
• Energetic, compassionate approach to early childhood education
• Commitment to onsite presence throughout the contract period
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

In this role, you will:

• Manage a PreK caseload, delivering individualized and group instruction
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in meetings, assessments, and progress monitoring
