Assembler Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hr Location: Maple Grove, MN Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm Full Time, Temp to Hire Assembler Job Description: As an Assembler, you will be involved in a wide variety of production tasks including hand-crafting custom in-ear monitors, filling and packaging silicone impression materials, and other production duties that support making our range of products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, dexterity, and a passion for audio excellence. Assembler Job Responsibilities: Carefully assemble IEM components by hand, including drivers, receivers, filters, and cables, ensuring precise placement and alignment Perform delicate soldering tasks to connect wires and components, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability Conduct thorough quality control checks at each stage of assembly to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies Work with custom ear impressions and specifications to create IEMs that perfectly fit the customer's ear canal Apply finishing touches, such as polishing, labeling, and packaging, to prepare the IEMs for delivery Dispense bulk impression and hearing protection materials into cartridges Label and package customer orders for shipment Identify and resolve any assembly or technical issues that may arise during the production process Work closely with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders Perform other production-related duties as needed Assembler Job Requirements & Working Conditions: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise assembly tasks Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Technical proficiency in soldering and other assembly techniques Strong problem-solving ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers PrideStaff Hiring Requirements: Must be 18+ Years Old Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S. Enhance your career with a full-time job, with a great company, competitive wages, and let PrideStaff support you in your future employment endeavors.
