Conduct bra fittings and offer expert guidance on fit and style while building lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions. Use store tools and training to meet sales goals and support a customer-ready department. Responsibilities Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending proper fit and styles. Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up, and digital outreach such as text and social media. Meet individual and departmental sales goals using product knowledge and networking. Perform merchandising and operational tasks including filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning. Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and collaborate with the team to support department needs. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. Empathy, sensitivity, and a body-positive approach to intimate apparel fittings for diverse customers.
