We're looking for a Customer Order & Fulfillment Coordinator to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. What You'll Do:

• Manage customer orders from order entry through shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate deliveries by working closely with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
• Process transactions in SAP, maintain shipping documentation, and support invoicing activities.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, inventory shortages, and order discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, customer fulfillment, or manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word).
