Base pay range $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr Chemisys Laboratory is a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art, full service medical laboratory with headquarters in Fair Lawn NJ. The laboratory performs a wide variety of tests including Toxicology, Genetics, Microbiology, Hematology, Immunology, Virology, General Chemistry and others. We are looking for a Full-Time client service representative to join our team. This is an entry level position. No experience is required. Chemisys focuses heavily on employee development and strives to create a work environment that is employee centric. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Act as a liaison between laboratory operations and clients. Report laboratory results using established protocols. Serve as a resource to clients regarding test requirements, specimen submission and other laboratory policies and procedures. Identify, research and resolve customer issues utilizing appropriate staff and resources to ensure client satisfaction. Assist with client supply orders.
