IT Sourcing Analyst (Sourcing Engagement Specialist) – Contractor

Pay Rate: 55-60 per hour

Hybrid in Malvern, PA

6 month contract to start

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing Engagement Specialist to join our IT Professional Services (ITPS) team. In this role, you will partner closely with IT sub- division leaders to ensure the effective use of strategic supplier partnerships in the delivery of technology solutions. You will play a critical role in managing sourcing engagements, driving supplier performance, and ensuring strong governance across the IT services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

 Execute contract administration activities across technology sourcing engagements, including supporting the development and operationalization of contracts tied to IT delivery initiatives.

 Serve as a key liaison between supplier partners and internal IT stakeholders to proactively manage engagement health, resolve issues, and drive action plans.

 Advocate on behalf of the organization to ensure timely and effective resolution of supplier-related concerns and performance issues.

 Support governance and oversight of the IT sourcing portfolio, ensuring alignment to established standards, processes, and performance expectations.

 Identify, track, escalate, and resolve engagement risks and issues across suppliers and internal stakeholders.

 Represent the assigned IT sub-division in supplier governance forums, including operational and executive-level reviews.

 Promote and reinforce ITPS standards, best practices, and consistent ways of working across sourcing engagements.

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

 Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

 Proven ability to proactively drive communication and alignment across cross- functional teams and partners.

 Demonstrated interest in understanding business needs and aligning sourcing strategies to support technology and organizational objectives.

 Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.

 Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

 Experience in IT sourcing, supplier management, procurement, or contract administration is preferred.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

 Exposure to IT Professional Services, staff augmentation, or managed services models.

 Familiarity with supplier governance frameworks, performance management, and service delivery metrics.

 Experience working with large, global service providers in a matrixed organization.
