Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to understand their individual therapeutic goals and needs.
• Maintain a patient schedule, typically seeing one patient per hour, allowing for focused, one-on-one attention to each individual.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address patients' specific conditions.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility and decrease pain, and guide patients through effective exercise regimens.
• Educate patients on their conditions and proposed treatments while providing motivation and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records of services provided using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT.
• Document treatment outcomes and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Physical Therapy Dynamics, you will primarily work with orthopedic outpatient clients. Patients range from post-operative recovery individuals to those seeking preventive care for musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a Master’s (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) preferred.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean record with no board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in designing exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.

• A strong understanding of holistic and preventive physical therapy approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
