Business Development Lead/Marketer - Home Care

Home Instead is committed to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and employees. Role Description This is a full-time in-person position based in the north suburbs. The responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential referral sources, and promoting the organization's services to the local community. The role requires client and referral source engagement, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. The Business Development Lead will also participate in community events and maintain a strong understanding of the in-home care industry trends.
