About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial organization. The CFO will be responsible for all financial aspects, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, compliance, and investor reporting. This role demands a leader who can develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in scaling high-growth healthcare or technology businesses and must be adept at operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the financial team, enhancing financial controls and processes, and serving as a primary financial liaison to various stakeholders. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive finance and accounting leadership experience is required, with a background in high-growth technology or healthcare-related industries. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in areas such as GAAP, financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Experience in supporting fundraising, private equity or venture-backed organizations, or M&A transactions is highly desirable. The role also demands excellent communication, leadership, and executive partnering skills, as well as advanced proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
