Laboratory Technician

Job Title: Product Development/Food Lab Technician Job Location: Atlanta, GA/ Onsite Project Duration: 9-12 months with possible extension (W2 Position) JOB DESCRIPTION: A junior food scientist or lab technician who can make beverages, test them, document results, and support product developers efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Support product sampling, tastings, and evaluations Conduct analysis (pH, Brix, acidity, etc.) on beverages Coordinate sample shipments and lab-scale trials Work with beverage processing & dispensing equipment Maintain lab instruments and ensure accurate records Requirements: Background in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred Knowledge of beverage technology, food chemistry & processing Strong communication and project coordination skills Team player with ability to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
