Responsibilities
- Promote Pfizer's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists in assigned territory
- Educate healthcare community on appropriate use of Pfizer products and disease management
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to drive product demand
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, institutions, and priority customers
- Assess customer needs and provide responsive, targeted solutions using appropriate resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years experience; or high school diploma with 10+ years relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience with key opinion leaders
- Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record
- Demonstrated track record of success in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare professional engagement
- Exceptional ability to learn and communicate technical, scientific product information
- Proficiency with complex digital applications and Pfizer's technology platforms
- Strong business acumen and strategic account management skills
Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
