Temporary Sales Associate

Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. This role is a Sales Associate at Coach, responsible for delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards. Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice. Drive sales by cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs. Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales. Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs. Complete daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising while maintaining service standards. Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures. Process transactions efficiently and support inventory cycles including receiving shipments and managing product movement. Assist teammates in functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment. Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities. Required Qualifications 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors. Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie‑talkie use, and ability to read price/release sheets. Strong English proficiency and strong communication skills. Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and public holidays. Ability to lift at least 25lbs regularly (up to 50lbs occasionally) and maneuver in a sales floor and stockroom environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
