Ecommerce Specialist

A well-known consumer brand is looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Specialist to own the day-to-day operations and performance of its Shopify DTC storefront. This is a detail-forward, execution-focused role for someone who loves living inside a Shopify store and takes pride in keeping everything running at a high level. What You'll Own Full product catalog management — creation, updates, categorization, translations and asset management Pricing, promotions and inventory rules across the storefront App and integration management — ensuring stability, accuracy and performance across the full ecosystem Site performance monitoring and improvement — Core Web Vitals, page speed and accessibility CRO best practices — using analytics, heatmaps and user behavior to drive conversion improvements SEO health — Semrush, Search Console, Screaming Frog, structured data and on-page content GA4 and GTM tagging, tracking and event configuration Landing pages, product descriptions and category copy aligned to brand and SEO standards Cross-functional coordination with marketing, operations and customer experience teams What We're Looking For 2+ years managing DTC ecommerce for consumer brands, including multi-storefront environments Hands-on Shopify experience across the admin ecosystem, apps and integrations Strong on ecommerce operations — order management, fulfillment, fraud prevention and post-purchase tools Proficient in GA4, GTM and ecommerce analytics tools Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with analytical thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr R2 Global
