Practice Clinical Supervisor , RN - AMG Cardiology Outpatient - Multiple Location

Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical area of along with other offices. Main work location will be Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater and Warren. MUST have Cardiology experience Days/ hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am -5:00pm Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Supervisor, RN: * Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans

• Supervises and provides guidance to Nurses and certified Medical Assistants
• Conducts phone triaging
• Oversees medication management
• Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in

community education programs. * Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.

• Other related duties as assigned, coverage as needed.
• Overseeing clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative

Supervisors

• Conducts Clinical meetings
• Maintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadership
• Visiting offices to check in on clinical staff and clinical operations and
