Salary: $77,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements:
- 12+ years of professional IT experience, including hands-on Java/J2EE application development
- Extensive experience with IBM BPM or IBM Business Automation Workflow
- Strong understanding of BPMN, process modeling, workflows, and business process integration
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, SOAP, and microservices
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Preferred: experience with enterprise application integration and distributed systems
- Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and cloud technologies
- Preferred: experience with large-scale financial or enterprise applications
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and IBM BPM
- Develop and support business process workflows using IBM Business Process Manager
- Build and integrate REST/SOAP web services and backend APIs
- Work with Spring/Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related full-stack technologies
- Develop and optimize database queries and work with relational databases
- Participate in application design, development, testing, debugging, and production support
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders
- Troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues and provide solutions
- Follow enterprise coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices
