In this unarmed patrol role, you will complete routine rounds, respond to concerns, and contribute to a caring, reliable, and team-focused environment built on integrity and innovation.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vehicle activity, and communicate with residents, guests, and/or local responders when needed regarding security-related matters.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions, and share relevant information with Allied Universal supervisors and/or property management representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
