What you’ll be doing: Leading regional teams supporting network and infrastructure services across North and South America in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.Ensuring all infrastructure solutions are reliable, secure, and meet global security and quality standards.Managing vendor relationships, budgets, and project portfolios to deliver seamless service and continuous improvements.Collaborating with global teams to align regional operations with worldwide initiatives like ONE Network, ID, and ATLAS.Driving automation, process optimization, and leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.Overseeing incident, change, and problem management to uphold high service levels and security compliance.Supporting global infrastructure projects, rollouts, and security audits, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to policies.Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within your teams.What you'll bring:5+ years of experience managing infrastructure operations and supporting complex IT environments.Strong technical knowledge of virtualization, storage, OS, network, and security solutions.Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and budgets effectively.Certifications such as ITIL, Agile, Microsoft, VMware, or Redhat are highly desirable.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural, matrix organization.Ability to drive change, optimize processes, and implement automation initiatives.Fluency in English and a proactive, strategic mindset to manage global and regional priorities.What we offer:At AXA Partners US, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us, and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
