Guest Experience Manager

The Opportunity
We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, and friendly individuals to join our team as Experience Guides at our Malibu Barbie themed pop-up restaurant in Boston!
As an Experience Guide , you’ll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences from the moment guests arrive. We’re seeking team members with warm, inviting energy who love engaging with people and bringing excitement to every interaction.
You’ll:
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their experience
- Help create a fun, energetic, and immersive atmosphere
- Work closely with onsite managers and fellow team members
- Serve as a key face of the Malibu Barbie Cafe experience
Requirements
- Availability Thursday through Sunday, 12 PM – 8 PM is required
- Weekend availability is required
- Positive, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
