WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate mortgage opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with real estate professionals and other industry contacts.
• Identify borrowers' financing needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage origination process with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with loan processing and operations resources to support successful closings.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent communication with clients and referral partners.
• Stay informed about lending guidelines, mortgage products, and market developments.
• Follow applicable licensing, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We welcome both experienced mortgage professionals and motivated individuals with relevant sales or financial services backgrounds who are ready to develop their careers in mortgage lending.

Ideal Candidate:

• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain the required licensing before originating loans.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to build a business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable with outside sales, networking, and independent business development.
• Committed to continuous learning and professional excellence.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
