Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Advance your radiology career in a contract position working as an Imaging Specialist with a focus on X-ray and general Radiologic Technologist duties. The primary work location is in Concord, NC, with a rare requirement to float to other affiliated campuses as needed.

Schedule:

• 8-hour evening shifts: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• No weekend or holiday shifts

Qualifications:

• Current certification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Active state license as required for radiology technologists
• Proficiency with imaging equipment for diagnostic radiology and X-ray procedures
• Ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Prior hospital or clinical radiology experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, following physician orders and established protocols
• Accurately document and maintain patient records and imaging logs within the radiology department
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and operated in accordance with safety standards
• Rarely float to nearby campuses or support other sites as needed, with training provided if required

$1,579 - $1,728/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
