Concrete Assistant Project Manager

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around structural concrete, flatwork, tilt-wall, foundations, or self-perform operations — and who can lead both in the field and in the office. What You’ll Do Support concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage schedules, budgets, subcontracts, procurement, and field coordination Oversee self-perform crews or concrete subcontractors Partner closely with clients, design teams, and internal project teams Track progress, run project meetings, and proactively solve problems Champion safety and quality across every phase of the job Build long-term relationships through exceptional project delivery 2+ years working on concrete or self-perform construction projects Knowledge of layout, formwork, rebar, flatwork, and structural systems Tilt-wall, commercial, or industrial concrete experience is a plus Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills A collaborative team player who values accountability and craftsmanship What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance incentives Big growth opportunities as Aurum continues expanding A culture built on integrity, teamwork, and doing things right Ready to build something solid?
