DEPARTMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST I
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities
- Access customer and utility portals to download invoices and bills
- Perform data capture, invoice verification, and data correction tasks
- Identify missing or incomplete bills and follow up with utility providers
- Communicate with vendors and utility companies to resolve billing issues
- Run reports to track pending or missing invoices
- Ensure invoices are collected, processed, and updated on time
- Maintain accurate records within internal data management platforms
- Support utility outreach and follow-up activities
- Work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with team leads and operations staff for daily workload management
- Participate in training and monitored performance support activities
Skills
- Data entry and data verification skills
- 10-key proficiency
- Billing or invoice processing experience (preferred)
- Experience with utility billing or energy management systems (preferred)
Education/Experience
High School
