Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this people-first role, you will support tenants, visitors, and property staff through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to every shift.

Pay Rate: $20.15 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures, and help to support established property rules and after-hours access protocols.
• Observe and report conditions such as lighting issues, unsecured doors, alarms, and/or suspicious behavior while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
