Are you passionate about helping dairy producers improve performance and profitability?

As the Agricultural Sales Representative for Star City IBA, you will work directly with dairy farms to identify opportunities for improvement, provide expert recommendations, and deliver solutions that improve milk quality, parlor performance, animal health, and overall farm efficiency. This role combines relationship-based sales with technical consulting, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on customer success while driving business growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy producers and key decision-makers.
• Learn and understand each customer's goals, challenges, and vision for their operation.
• Identify opportunities to improve milk quality, parlor performance, animal health, and operational efficiency.
• Recommend and sell products and solutions that help customers achieve their goals.
• Conduct milk quality and milking system evaluations, presenting findings to customers.
• Create and review performance reports that provide actionable insights for dairy operations.
• Work alongside Route Drivers to support customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist customers with product implementation, equipment changes, and best management practices.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure customers achieve expected results.
• Develop relationships with veterinarians, nutritionists, consultants, and other industry influencers.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in training programs, industry events, and continuing education opportunities.
