General Liability Attorney

The Role Defend bodily injury matters including general liability, premises liability, construction, product liability, premises security, and auto/transportation litigation. Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Develop litigation strategies, evaluate liability and damages, and maintain direct client communication throughout the litigation process. Collaborate with partners and colleagues while gaining meaningful hands‑on litigation experience and increased case responsibility. Requirements 2–8 years' litigation experience in general liability, premises liability, personal injury, product liability, transportation, or other civil defense matters. Active Georgia Bar admission. Strong legal writing, analytical, advocacy, and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently manage multiple matters while contributing to a collaborative team. Trial, arbitration, or mediation experience is a plus. Expected Salary Range: $120-190k+ (Experience dependent) Flexible hybrid working arrangement.
