Willie’s Distillery is hiring a Sales & Marketing Administrator to support our growing team. This dynamic role blends operational precision with creative energy, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

·        Serve as the office point of contact for the sales team

·        Coordinate weekly sales calls: create agendas, host meetings, and share recaps

·        Manage out-of-state sales orders, distributor relationships, and retail accounts

·        Enter invoices in QuickBooks and maintain State login credentials

·        Handle outbound shipping logistics and assist with e-commerce fulfillment

·        Track and enter team mileage, expenses, and per diems

·        Maintain sales trackers and assist with goal reporting

·        Track budgets and case movement

Marketing Support

·        Organize and update marketing materials via Dropbox and website

·        Support social media: film content, monitor engagement, and liaise with influencers

·        Assist with photo/video shoots: prep storyboards, direct onsite, and review edits

·        Coordinate donations and sponsorships

·        Manage event advertising: flyers, local papers, and social media posts

·        Help with seasonal campaigns like holiday cards and branded outreach

General Office Support

·        Answer phones/ customer service

·        Run errands (bank, post office) and sort mail/supplies

·        Provide backup support to the gift shop and help maintain office operations
