CunninghamLegal is a rapidly expanding, mid-sized law firm with several offices throughout California. Renowned as one of the state's leading firms in estate, trust, tax, real estate, and business law, we guide savvy, caring families in the protection and transfer of multi-generational wealth.

This role is on-site Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and knowledgeable Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. This position is crucial for enhancing our firm's marketing and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communication:

• Assist in the development and execution of communication projects, including weekly emails and monthly newsletters.

• Support the creation of ad copy for various communications.

Campaigns & Events:

• Coordinate logistics for in-person events, such as seminars and community outreach, including scheduling, organizing speakers, and client communication.

Marketing Materials:

• Manage inventory and order marketing materials.

• Assist with setup and branding for new office locations.

• Create marketing materials like brochures and presentations using design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

Brand Awareness & Social Media:

• Contribute to brand awareness by crafting social media posts and managing online presence, including Google My Business updates.
