Qué Vas a Preparar: Smoothies (CBJ Time, Chocolate Banana, Green, Coladacado, etc.) Smoothie bowls (Khaleesi Acai, Blue Zone Smoothie Bowl) Tostadas de aguacate en pan sourdough sin gluten con cebolla encurtida y eneldo Poke bowls y sushirritos (Faroe Monch, Hustle, Rosarito) Elementos de preparación en frío: picar, pelar, rebanar vegetales frescos y toppings Sopas de temporada (ej. Bisque de Tomate y Albahaca, Chowder de Maíz y Coco) Responsabilidades del Día a Día: Preparar ingredientes según listas de verificación: smoothies, bowls, sopas, tostadas, poke bowls — pesar, medir, mezclar según especificaciones Preparar leches de almendra y coco artesanales desde cero según se necesite Preparación de línea fría: limpiar, lavar, cortar vegetales y proteínas Seguir listas detalladas de preparación e inventario; etiquetar y rotar productos Mantener una limpieza rigurosa — fregar, barrer, sanitizar — la cocina debe lucir tan afilada como tus habilidades con el cuchillo Apoyar durante períodos de alta demanda: terminado de bowls, emplatado de tostadas, finalización de sopas Revisar y mantener niveles de inventario, control de porciones para minimizar el desperdicio Requisitos Indispensables: Dominio del cuchillo y comodidad con herramientas de preparación Ritmo rápido y precisión bajo presión Al menos 1–2 años de experiencia en cocina comercial Pasión por ingredientes limpios y saludables y la cocina de bienestar Disposición para apoyar en limpieza y mantenimiento de la cocina Actitud positiva — ¡puntos extra si traes tu propia playlist y buen humor a la línea!
