How you'll make an impact Welcome onsite‑visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Maintains lobby appearance. Answers incoming phone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards call to appropriate personnel. Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Sorts and routes incoming mail, either paper or electronic, to the appropriate personnel. Processes outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx packages. Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies including business cards and specialty printed materials. Performs clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and maintaining data. Other duties as assigned. About You High School Diploma or GED and related administrative work experience and/or training preferred Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Possesses diligence and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
