EMERGENCY NURSE PRACTITIONER Employment Type: Full-Time Location: USA, Idaho POSITION SUMMARY The organization seeks an advanced practice clinician to provide care within a high acuity emergency department at a regional referral facility. The role involves managing a broad range of urgent and emergent conditions, working within a trauma designated environment, and collaborating with hospitalists, intensivists, and specialty teams. The position includes structured shift lengths and supports both full time and part time scheduling options. QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in emergency medicine or critical care preferred • ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications required • Ability to work in high acuity emergency settings • Capacity to manage diverse and complex patient presentations • Strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork, and patient satisfaction COMPETENCIES • Skill in evaluating and treating patients in a busy emergency department • Ability to coordinate care and complete documentation within defined shift structure • Capacity to collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and specialty services • Proficiency in working within trauma designated environments • Commitment to patient centered care in fast paced clinical settings WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient • High acuity emergency department with multidisciplinary support • Collaboration with hospitalists, intensivists, and specialty teams • Access to advanced imaging technology adjacent to the emergency department • Use of industry standard EMR and modern diagnostic tools • Care delivery within a trauma designated regional referral facility
