SAP Data Lead

Job Title
Data Modeling: Designing and implementing efficient data models within Salesforce, considering scalability, data quality, and integration requirements.
Integration: Planning and executing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, using APIs and other technologies.
Data Quality and Governance: Establishing and enforcing data quality standards and participating in data governance initiatives.
Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to development and integration teams.
Data Migration and Transformation: Leading data migration, transformation, and integration processes, especially for specific data sets like patient master data.
Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.
Specific Skills and Knowledge: Salesforce: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its features and functionalities.
Data Management: Expertise in data modeling, data quality, and data governance.
Integration: Experience with data integration technologies and architectures.
Data Engineering: Knowledge of data engineering principles, including data migration and transformation.
Programming: Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
SQL: Understanding of SQL and data querying.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business requirements and how they translate into technical solutions.
