Location: 4932 I-30 West Frontage Road, Caddo Mills, TX 75135 Shift: 1st shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Why Join Our Team? What You'll Do Safely operating sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately Transporting materials to production and warehouse areas as needed Performing routine forklift inspections and reporting any equipment issues Maintaining inventory organization and proper material storage practices Assisting with general warehouse and production support tasks Following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment What We're Looking For RHigh School Diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Previous sit-down forklift experience required Ability to safely handle and transport heavy materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment & Physical Demands This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs . PPE provided.
