You will have the opportunity to leverage AI-assisted development tools, solve complex business challenges, and continuously grow your skills and influence while helping shape the future of our platforms.In this role, you will:Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groupsLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinkingTranslate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutionsProvide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutionsMaintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organizationStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education7+ years experience in Spring Boot (Java ecosystem) or ASP.NET Core (.Net)5+ years experience in React or Angular3+ years experience providing vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions2+ years of MongoDB or other No SQL database1 year experience with AI Assisted Development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Devin, Claude, etc)Desired Qualifications:Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence technical decisions.Strong collaboration skills with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in geographically distributed and cross-functional Agile teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying scalable solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and engineering practices.Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to reliability, stability, security, and operational excellence.Job Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of visaThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleRelocation assistance is not available for this positionLocations :2801 Market St., F&L Bldg., St. Louis, MO-IL (Primary)300 S Brevard St., Charlotte, NCPay range:Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
