Supervisor, People Operations

Oversee daily People Operations activities Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and workload prioritization Proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements to HR processes Support HRIS process and system enhancements Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant Identify opportunities to improve and standardize documentation practices Partner with manager to establish, monitor, and analyze SLAs and KPIs Support and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and projects Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolution of inquiries Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field Minimum 5 years of Human Resources or People Operations 2+ years of people leadership experience Experience in managing and improving HR processes Proven track record of working cross-functionally Experience in data analysis and using HR metrics Preferred experience with Workday Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in People Operations, focusing on HR process improvement, data analysis, and compliance. Proven ability to lead teams, manage HRIS enhancements, and deliver high-quality service in a cross-functional environment.
