Responsibilities Review testing plans and laboratory schedules to prepare samples for processing. Prepare samples, testing materials, and growth or testing media according to established procedures. Process and monitor samples throughout various stages of testing. Collect, document, and communicate testing data and observations. Maintain accurate sample tracking using laboratory documentation systems and LIMS. Label, organize, and store samples according to laboratory protocols. Operate laboratory equipment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Evaluate test results and accurately record findings for review. Clean laboratory glassware, equipment, and work areas. Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies, materials, and chemicals. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Experience with sample handling, labeling, and documentation. Knowledge of laboratory practices and procedures. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and basic testing methods. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a repetitive work environment. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of RIVER FALLS, WI. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $36400.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
