We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year.

• Grade Levels: Pre-K through 5th grade
• Caseload: Approximately 65–75 students
• Student Needs: Includes some AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) users
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Hourly Rate Range: $48.00 - $65.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual, small group, and classroom settings.
• Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension and expression, and social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and provide consultation as needed.
• Educate and support staff and parents on strategies to enhance communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Indiana state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
