Virtual assistant & Project manager
Property Mend LLC
We are hiring reliable assistants to support our growing operations. Key responsibilities include:
Setting up Google Business Profiles, simple Facebook pages, and running basic Facebook ads.
Managing other social media tasks, including creating graphics with AI tools and Canva.
Generating leads through AI tools and Google Maps searches.
Calling construction workers to pitch our services.
Coordinating projects between contractors and customers.
Ensuring tasks are completed on time — this may include hiring specialists for specific work when needed and following through to completion.
The work is fast-paced and priorities can shift quickly. We need someone who stays organized, adapts well, pays close attention to detail, and communicates accurately in English — especially with short messages, Facebook posts, and business profiles.
We don’t expect you to know everything. It’s important to recognize when you need help and be proactive about getting tasks done right.
