Our organization is currently looking for a Full-time or Part-time Primary Care Physician specializing in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or Family Practice to join our Ridgefield Primary Care and Pediatrics team located in Ridgefield, CT. We are interested in candidates who are Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (double boarded) or Family Practice. This well-established primary care practice is home to seven experienced providers, including two IM/Pediatrics physicians, a Family Medicine physician, two Internal Medicine physicians, one Physician Assistant, and one Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Our facility also features embedded behavioral health consultants and ambulatory care managers to assist in managing patients with mental health challenges and complex medical conditions.

The practice operates from a modern, state-of-the-art facility spanning 12,000 square feet, equipped with a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Located just 45 miles north of New York City, this picturesque New England town offers a strong sense of community, a wealth of outdoor activities, and easy access to theaters, sports, cultural centers, and highly regarded public and private schools, making it an excellent place to practice medicine.

Job Requirements:

• MD or DO with a valid CT State License, Federal DEA, and State Controlled Substance Registration
• Completion of an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or Family Practice Residency
• Open to experienced Primary Care Physicians as well as new graduates
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Off-hour coverage shared among multiple providers, with phone calls managed by nurse triage

Salary Range: $275,000 - $285,000, based on experience.
