Ryder is Now Hiring Local CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers in Oshkosh, WIGet Home Daily - AM & PM Shift Opportunities$2,000 Sign-On Bonus & $2,000 Loyalty Bonus

Pay, Home Time & More:PM Shift:

• Average $1,595 per week
• Weekly minimum guarantee: $1,570.75 per week (40 hours per week)
• Hourly pay: $29.00 per hour
• Hours per week: 50 + hours per week
• Loyalty bonus: $1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 1 year
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days
• Annual tenure bonus: $1200 per year, paid out at $300 per quarter
• Paid weekly
• Local route, get home daily!

AM Shift:

• Average $1,500 per week
• Weekly minimum guarantee: $1,341.35 per week (40 hours per week)
• $206 Day trip plus ($0.152 per mile and $2.18 per stop)
• Hours per week: 50 + hours per week
• Loyalty bonus: $1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 1 year
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days
• Annual tenure bonus: $1200 per year, paid out at $300 per quarter
• Paid weekly
• Local route, get home daily!

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:PM Shift:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (no weekends), with 5:00 PM start time
• Deliver solo to: Shuttle from Oshkosh, WI to Bolingbrook, IL
• Tractor Type: Day Cab
• Trailer Type: Flatbed 48', 53'
• Freight: Touch – Steel and Metal

AM Shift:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, with 6:00 AM start time
• Deliver solo to: NE Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula Michigan
• Tractor Type: Day Cab
• Trailer Type: 48' and 53' Flatbed
• Freight: Load securement – strapping all loads and tarping in wet weather

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
