Love travel, staying organized, and helping people? We're looking for an Entry-Level Travel Coordinator to assist with reservations, itineraries, and client requests while learning the ins and outs of the travel industry.

This is a fully remote role with training provided, making it a great fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.

Assist with hotels, flights, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel arrangements.

Help organize itineraries, confirmations, and reservation details.

Communicate with clients about preferences, updates, and trip information.

Assist with booking changes and follow-ups.

Keep client and reservation records accurate and organized.

Provide friendly, professional customer support throughout the planning process.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with good follow-through.

Comfortable working independently from home.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or travel experience is helpful but not required.

Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
