Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Shift Lead in the Huntsville, AL area. This position offers a pay rate of $20.00/hr - with weekly pay. Shift

Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends.
• Must be capable to stand, sit, bend, reach, and/or walk up to 45 minutes consistently.
• Strong report writing, coaching, mentoring, and leading by example skills.
• 2+ years in security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Truck gate experience is preferred.
• AL security license is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking skills.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security of the area, this includes the outside premises.
• Lead multiple officers per shift and hold team members accountable through corrective action process.
• Ensure the rules and regulations are followed.
• Report writing (daily activity, incident, visitor logs, maintenance items, etc.).
• Checking in visitors, ensure policies are followed, foot patrols, access control.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

AL Security License
