As a Phone Lead Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers and play a key role in helping them get started on their roofing projects. This is a fast-paced, rewarding position with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media

• Call and follow up on warm leads from our lead generation programs

• Enter customer information into our CRM system

• Schedule appointments for our estimating team

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent phone and communication skills

• Comfortable with computers and web-based tools

• Organized, able to multi-task, and handle a high volume of calls

• Customer service experience preferred (training provided)

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
