Civil Engineer – Land Development

Location: Indianapolis, IN

We're seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–10 years of land development experience to join a growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects while advancing your career in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Design site development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
Prepare construction plans, calculations, and technical reports.
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project teams.
Perform site layout and assist with permitting and regulatory approvals.
Support projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2–10 years of land development design experience.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience with grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control design.
Knowledge of local and state design standards.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
EIT certification preferred or the ability to obtain it.
