About the Job

Seeking a contractor to assist with data entry into SNAP-Ed's Program Evaluation and Reporting System (PEARS) including, but not limited to, all Policy, System, Environmental (PSE) data, behavior and other program activity data for FY23

Essential Functions:

Maintains data entry requirements by following data procedures as outlined by the Georgia SNAP-Ed plan
Enter required PEARS data following date entry schedule as provided by SNAP-Ed state coordinator
Meet regularly with the Evaluation Specialist to ensure integrity and accuracy in all reported data
Manage and provide historical PEARS exports as requested to identify trends in data for both behaviors and PSEs and communicate findings
Completely quarterly PEARS data cleaning exports
Collaborate with Evaluation Specialist and necessary staff in efforts to streamline PEARS data entry

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience with advanced data management including, but not limited to, storing, organizing and maintain data files
Strong abilities to organize and maintain complex datasets
Advanced attention to detail
Ability to utilize and learn variety of data software programs including PEARS
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite
