Certified Medication Aide (CMA) – Full-Time Night Shift Assisted Living

St. George Village | Roswell, Georgia Schedule: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aide to join our care team. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, a caring demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain attentive and observant throughout the overnight shift.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to residents.
• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate medication and care documentation.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all safety, security, and infection-control procedures.
• Contribute to team success through dependable attendance, sound decision-making, initiative, and excellent communication.
• Consistently model the values and service standards of St. George Village.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Overnight shift: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Must be available to work assigned weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Georgia Medication Aide license or certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Compassionate, attentive, and observant approach to resident care
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Commitment to providing person-centered care
